The Village of Middleville’s Lincoln Meadow Apartments is housing for aged 62 and over and/or disabled citizens, subsidized by the federal government’s Department of Housing and Urban Development. The Housing Commission is tasked with overseeing that the complex is maintained and managed properly for the safety of the residents and the proper use of tax-payer funds.

Lincoln Meadow was established in 1982 and is located near the Thornapple River in the historic stagecoach Village of Middleville, MI. Just 20 minutes south of Grand Rapids, and 10 minutes north of Hastings, we are close enough to enjoy a day in the big city, but far enough out, to relax in the comfort and charm of the warm welcoming small town atmosphere.
